Midwest Maintenance & Mechanical, Inc. was founded by Terry Siede in 1995 to provide building maintenance and operations services. He hired his first full-time employee in 1996. Since then, the company has grown to nearly 60 employees who provide a full array of construction, mechanical and building maintenance services for owners of office, industrial, retail, professional and specialty facilities in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and all over Minnesota’s Twin Cities metro area.
