Midwest Maintenance & Mechanical can provide management services to keep your building looking and running at it's best. Some of our operations services are:
- Routine inspections of the facility as needed to maintain operational integrity.
- Develop a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for the various components of a property to preserve its value.
- Routinely inspect roofs, parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping, and the interior and exterior of the building.
- As directed, solicit bids for any required vended services, projects, repairs or general maintenance and oversee any and all contractors hired to perform the necessary work and/or maintenance.
- As directed, handle any complaints or concerns as directed that relate to the physical aspects of the building.
- Assist in coordination of supplies necessary for the building such as lamps, janitorial supplies, ceiling tiles, door hardware, and more.
- Regularly inspect the exterior and interior common areas of the property to make sure they are in good repair and provide periodic written inspection reports.
- Provide twenty-four hour emergency service and phone number(s).
